Sandra Zamora Guerrero, Resource Development and Volunteer Coordinator, has been with the Williamson County Crisis Center doing business as Hope Alliance since October of 2022.

Sandra will speak on the Hope Alliance commitment to our community and the various ways we can help throughout the year.

We will collect at the meeting for items immediately needed. They are always in need of hygiene products such as full size hand soap, shampoos, conditioners, ethnic hair products, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Gift cards are welcome as well for groceries/shopping between $10-$25.

Previously, Sandra worked many years in the non-profit religious sector for two Catholic Diocese of Austin parishes (St. Helen's in Georgetown and St. Patrick, Hutto) as a Faith Formation Coordinator and Liturgy Worship Coordinator.

Sandra obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication and History from the University of Northern Iowa in 2005. She has volunteered as youth and young adult mentor for the Pastoral Juvenil Hispana - the Hispanic young adult mission of the Catholic Dioceses of Austin since 2009 and is an avid supporter of Congenital Heart Defects awareness.

Sandra was born and raised in the Iowa City, Iowa area and moved to Texas the summer of 2006. She has lived in Round Rock, Texas since then, where she and her husband are raising their teenage son. Both she and her husband, a local Austinite who has worked for a local door mill company for 20 years, are very engaged in serving their church and local communities.
